Turtle Tank 60 / 90 / 120 Setting up the Turtle Tank 1. Read and follow all safety instructions before using this Turtle Tank. 2. Consider the position of the Turtle Tank, avoid direct sunlight and areas of varying temperatures such as in front of heaters or air conditioners. Place the Turtle Tank on a flat level surface strong enough to support its weight. We recommend a genuine Reptile One cabinet (sold separately) rather than general household furniture. 3. Ensure any gravel being used has been washed. When adding gravel to the Turtle Tank, DO NOT pour the gravel in, add it by scooping into the bottom of the Turtle Tank to avoid damaging the glass. 4. Filling up the Turtle Tank to recommended levels refer to Box 2, this level will allow turtles to easily climb out of the water. When ading water to the Turtle Tank use Reptile One Water Conditioner to remove chlorine and chloramine from the tap water. Care & Maintenance It is important to remember that due to the feeding behaviour of turtles, regular gravel cleaning with a Reptile One Gravel Cleaner is necessary to maintain water quality. A Reptile One Magnet Glass Cleaner can be used to keep the sides of the Turtle Tank clean.
